Course Description

This course sets out the essential concepts and good practice needed to be effective when working remotely. This course is perfect for learners who need to work effectively from any remote location.

This course is available to all adults over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland.

What is the exam like for this course?

Exams are taken online and are 45 minutes in duration. There are 32-39 questions with a pass mark of 75%.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma). 

No specific software is required for this course.
