Course Description

In this course, you will learn how to use collaborative tools to achieve shared goals in a team setting. This course is aimed at learners who need to gain an understanding of the technologies used in workplaces to support teamwork.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to: 

  • Understand the tools and platforms used in a team setting
  • Create and manage virtual team groups
  • Work with team schedules and calendars
  • Facilitate effective communication and meetings
  • Run or attend webinars
  • Share and store files within a virtual team setting
