Course Description

This AgilePM (Agile Project Management) Foundation course is for designed for learners who want to gain an understanding of the core principles of the AgilePM framework. If you are new to agile project management or wish to enhance your understanding of the AgilePM methodology, then this is the course for you.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand the underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile
  • Map out the lifecycle of an Agile project
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project
  • Define the products produced during an Agile project and their purpose
  • Use Agile techniques in project management and define their benefits and limitations

This course is available to all adults over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland.

What is the exam like on this course?

The AgilePM Foundation exam is conducted online and administered by APMG. The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and the pass mark for the exam is 50%. You cannot use study materials during the exam. Your results will be available to you on the day of the exam.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
