Course Description

This course is designed for learners who have a solid foundation in leadership and are looking to further enhance their leadership skills. This course delves into advanced concepts and strategies that are essential for leading teams and organizations effectively. Through taking this course, you will have the opportunity to explore topics such as motivating teams, mastering effective performance management, and building personal and team resilience.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to:

This course is available to all adults over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland.

This course has no formal prerequisites, however it is best suited to those who have prior experience in leadership roles or who have already acquired a solid foundation in leadership principles. If you would like to build on your knowledge of leadership before embarking on this course, we have both a 'Fundamentals of Leadership' course and a 'Leadership Intermediate' course.

Does this course have tutor support?

No, this course is entirely self-directed though technical support is available should you require it.

What is the exam like on this course?

This course does not have a formal exam at the end of the course, however you will be provided with a Certificate of Completion upon your successful completion of all course content.

Do I need specific hardware or software?

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11) or MacOS (the most recent version is Sonoma).
