Description

In this course, you will learn how to use collaborative tools to achieve shared goals in a team setting. This course is aimed at learners who need to gain an understanding of the technologies used in workplaces to support teamwork.

Learning Outcomes

By completing this course you will be able to:

 

  • Understand the tools and platforms used in a team setting
  • Create and manage virtual team groups
  • Work with team schedules and calendars
  • Facilitate effective communication and meetings and run or attend webinars
  • Share and store files within a virtual team setting

 

By successfully passing the exam at the end of the course, you will also achieve an ICDL Certificate in Teamwork, an industry recognised qualification certified by ICDL.

Exams are taken online and are 45 minutes in duration. There are 32-39 questions with a pass mark of 75%.

You will require access to a PC or laptop running a supported version of Microsoft Windows (the most recent version is Windows 11). MacOS systems cannot be used for this course.
