Project Description
Overview
This course will teach you the fundamental concepts and methods of project management, and how to harness this knowledge to further your career.
After completing the online course you will know how to take control of a project at all stages, from initiation to execution. We will instil an enduring discipline in the 10 processes of project management in accordance with the official CAPM qualification (Certified Associate in Project Management): integration; scope; time; cost; quality; human resources; communications; risk; procurement and project stakeholder management. These skills will be easily transferable, whether you plan to manage larger projects, seek promotion or reinforce your current role with additional project management expertise.
