Programme Details:

Stage 1: Introductory Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting

Exam 1: FA1 – Recording Financial Transactions

Exam 2: MA1 – Management Information

On completion of FA1 and MA1, learners will be awarded the Introductory Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting

Stage 2: Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting

Exam 3: FA2 – Maintaining Financial Records

Exam 4: MA2 – Managing Costs and Finance

On completion of FA2 and MA2, learners will be awarded the Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting

Stage 3: Diploma in Accounting and Business

Exam 5: FAB – Accountant in Business

Exam 6: FMA – Management Accounting

Exam 7: FFA – Financial Accounting

* Note The knowledge gained by completing FA1 and MA1, then FA2 and MA2 will give you the essential knowledge you need to pass FAB, FMA, and FFA

On completion of FAB, FMA, and FFA, learners will be awarded the Diploma in Accounting and Business

Final Stage: Foundation Diploma and ACCA Qualification

To gain the Foundation Diploma and be eligible for the ACCA Qualification you must:

Progression Options:

Once you have completed the Foundation Diploma, the following progression options will be available to you:

Option 1:

You can progress to the ACCA Certified Accounting Technicians programme:

  • You will be required to complete one year's relevant practical experience in an accounting role to show you can use your knowledge from this programme in the workplace.

You will be required to complete two additional specialist exams as follows (Choose two):

  • FTX - Foundations in Taxation
  • FFM - Foundations in Financial Management
  • FAU - Foundations in Audit

Option 2:

You can automatically transfer to the ACCA Professional Qualification and gain exemptions from the first three exams (F1, F2, and F3).
