Your eCollege course is open 24/7, allowing you to study at a time and place that suits you. However, staff support is only available during the working hours of Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding bank holidays. You should receive a response from your eTutor within one working day and all other support within two working days.
The Cenit College team look after your journey through the course. For any queries related to your course, such as course questions, course times, exams, etc. It is best to speak directly to your eTutor. You can find your eTutor contact details by going to your course page and looking at the right-hand sidebar for eTutor information. You can also get their contact details from your course welcome email.
